Judi Sporle Swimming School completed the Swim the channel challenge and back!! yesterday afternoon with almost half an hour to spare. The organisation was exceptional, there were certificates for the kids, a whole day cake sale, raffle, sweet sale… The lot. A big thank you from everyone here at Inspired Living, initial expectations are that they have raised £1k! A huge well done to everyone involved!

Can you swim the Channel?

Judy Sporle School of Swimming are holding a Sponsored Swim on Saturday 8th May 2010, 11.30am-3.00pm at St Swithun’s School, Alresford Road, Winchester to raise money for Cancer Research.

As we at Inspired Living are doing a bike ride from Winchester to Gibraltar, Judy Sporle have said they would swim the same distance as the English Channel (22 miles at its narrowest point!) to complete their journey.

They are asking all their customers, and their friends and family, to come and swim as far as they can whatever their ability and to raise as much money as they can. PLEASE come and join us; Mums, Dads, children, babies, grandparents and friends are all welcome. Pick up a sponsor ship form from a member of staff on the poolside.

On the day there will also be refreshments, a cake stall, a raffle etc. and lots of fun!!!
