The Continental
The Continental part of the cycle ride will be starting on 4th September, cycling from Winchester to Portsmouth with the Mass Ride. From Sunday 5th Sept the Continental Ride starts in earnest, heading out of St Malo on the way to Gibraltar. The schedule is set to arrive in Gibraltar on Sat 18th Sept.

The continental organising team have been hard at it, getting all the bookings made and plan to provide monthly updates on the progress, along with requests for information as required.

Personalised nutrition advice is available from Linia Patel, along with the regular general sessions by Barbara Parry on Sunday mornings. Please complete the food diary below and email this to Linia directly for initial advice. Linia will be visiting us on June 13th, holding a session at the IBM Hursley Clubhouse after the regular cardio session.
There are a number of additional offers available to Continental Riders. Currently these are:
- Sports Massage – Basinstoke College are offering a sports massage with helpful self-help advice on Tues evenings. This is via Joe Allnut (one of the continental riders) who can be contacted at: joeallnutt@hotmail.com.
- Physio – Jon Blackburn is offering a free initial physio assessment for the Continental riders. Any follow up sessions would then be paid for though. He can be contacted on 07789 723999.
- Bike Service – Cycle World in Romsey are offering half price servicing to all the continental riders
And finally a reminder that tickets are currently available for our Gala Dinner, being held on the 19th June at the Hilt, Chandlers Ford. Full details are available on the Gala Dinner page
