Fund Raising

We would like to raise £1,000,000 and we need some help.

If you have an idea and would like to donate the proceeds to us please click below, or go to Just Giving directly to donate. Every donation is very much appreciated, whether large or small! We have set our initial target to £10,000 and will raise this towards the £1 million as we get closer.

To create your own Just Giving page that is linked to Inspired Living please follow the instructions below. If you wish us to place a link to your page on this site please copy & paste the ‘widget code’ once your page is created and send it to us.

  • Go to Just Giving home page
  • In “Find a charity” enter CRUK
  • From menu on left, go to “Make your own page”
  • Fill in “Create an account”
  • Choose “An organised event”
  • Select “Create your own” at the foot of events page
  • Select the activity (eg cycling)
  • Name your activity (eg IL Continental Ride, IL Cycle4Life or your own event name)
  • Enter start date
  • Enter end date
  • SAVE
  • Confirm “is not” for gift aid at the foot of the next page
  • Make your page
  • Give it title
  • Enter yourself as a team member “Your name plus Inspired Living Riders”
  • Include a photo
  • Set a target
  • Add your own story
  • SAVE
  • Personalise if you wish

You can also collect money in person using a paper sponsor form. Please print the form below, complete it and send it back to us, with the money raised, at the address on the form.

Cycle 4 Life

If you have read the pages about the cycle ride you will know that we are planning to cycle from Winchester to Gibraltar. The first section, Winchester to Portsmouth, will be a mass ride. We want as many people as possible to join in. Naturally this will be a good opportunity for sponsorship. If each rider, or family, raises a £100 this would make a magnificent contribution to our fund raising campaign. Registration for this event is now open.

Merchandise

We are getting some Inspired Living T-shirts made, which will be available in August. All T-shirts need to be pre-ordered, please print the form below and follow the instructions to place your order. All orders must be received by Friday 30th July.

Corporate Sponsors

We will be approaching a number of large companies and corporations and asking for their sponsorship. If you have experience in this we would love to hear from you.

Events

We will hold at least one big event in each of the two years of the project. These will be black tie events.

  • We would like to have 100 – 150 guests.
  • They will be ticketed events.
  • A raffle will be held during the event.
  • We will be auctioning one or more ‘money can’t buy’ items
